These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "you") and mbi8 ("mbi8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mbi8 website, games, sportsbook, account services, and all related features accessible at mbi8.vu. 2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling platforms or who are subject to a gambling exclusion order are not eligible to hold an mbi8 account. Any account opened in contravention of a self-exclusion will be closed and funds may be withheld pending regulatory review.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one mbi8 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 KYC Verification. mbi8 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide, within a reasonable timeframe, any identity documents requested by mbi8, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity card or passport, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your mbi8 account. You must notify mbi8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. mbi8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.5 Account Sharing. Your mbi8 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Any account found to be shared will be suspended and may be closed.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on mbi8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and other supported Malaysian payment methods are accepted subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of the transaction.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. mbi8 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the mbi8 account, subject to technical availability. mbi8 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made to the method of deposit used. No cash withdrawals are available.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. mbi8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation into any suspected breach of these Terms. Players who have outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds may not be able to withdraw until those requirements are met.
4.5 Player Funds. All player funds are held in accounts segregated from mbi8's operational funds in accordance with the requirements of our international gaming licence. This segregation is intended to protect player balances in the event of the Company's insolvency.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. mbi8 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of game contribution loopholes, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. mbi8 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an mbi8 account at any given time.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on mbi8 is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing bets.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption, any bets affected by the malfunction may be voided at mbi8's discretion. mbi8 will not be held liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction. Where a game round cannot be completed due to technical failure, the bet staked will be returned to the Player's account.
6.3 Incorrect Odds or Payouts. In the event that odds, payouts, or game outcomes are displayed or settled incorrectly due to a technical error, mbi8 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds or payouts. This applies to both casino games and sportsbook markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mbi8. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

9.1 All content on the mbi8 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual material, is owned by mbi8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or adapted without the prior written consent of mbi8.
9.2 Your use of the mbi8 platform does not grant you any ownership interest in or licence to any intellectual property of mbi8 beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mbi8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 mbi8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit mbi8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
11.1 mbi8's collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 mbi8 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and KYC verification service providers where required by our licensing obligations or by law.
12.1 mbi8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, mbi8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players.
